Our collaborative process is designed for clarity and value from the very start:

1. Initial Discovery Consultation: Complimentary

We'll begin with an on-site assessment to understand your unique challenges and goals. For this first meeting, we only charge for our team's travel expenses. Travel expenses will always be charged in full transparency. Together, we will define the scope of what needs to be done and how to achieve it, providing solutions and results.

2. Tailored Solutions & Transparent Pricing

Following our assessment, you will receive a detailed solutions quotation based on your specific needs.
Standardized Training Programs: Our training fees are clear and predictable.

  • Half-Day Session: 25,000 THB

  • Full-Day Session: 40,000 THB

Volume Discounts. We reward long-term partnerships.

*  10% discount on sessions from day 11 to day 20.
*  15% discount on all sessions beyond day 20.

Custom Consulting & Services: For other services (e.g., ongoing consulting, project work, business developments), we will provide a custom project fee based on the estimated workload, timeline, and project locations. You will always know the agreed scope, content and cost before any work begins.
